National Co-operatives Law update

The National Co-operatives Law (CNL) has commenced in the Northern Territory and Tasmania bring the number of jurisdictions enacted the law to five. This follows the passage of their enabling laws through their respective parliaments earlier in 2015.
The three other jurisdictions to enact it are NSW and Victoria (March 2014), and South Australia (22/5/2015). For further updates on the progress in other jurisdictions yet to commence their new laws, visit the NSW Fair Trading updates on the law.
