Invitation – BCCM member-only event
Co-operatives and mutuals are great places to work. CMEs have a competitive advantage attracting talent as people increasingly look to work for values-driven organisations. How can we maximise this opportunity in the current market? Join Practice Leader at Gerard Daniels, Geoff Curran, for this short, insightful discussion on recruiting for success.
This webinar will focus on how to maximise success when making key executive appointments in mutuals and co-ops. Suitable for chairs, CEOs, C-suite, hiring decision-makers and human resource managers.
Geoff will point out the key things to consider in order to maximise success for an important executive hire, including well-defined accountabilities and position responsibilities, selection criteria and an agreed understanding of what success looks like in the role.
Geoff will discuss what makes mutuals and co-operatives unique and what this means when evaluating people currently working in the sector and those being considered from outside. He will expand on what to evaluate when assessing people to ensure they are a fit for a mutual or co-operative, and more specifically for your organisation.
Please email the BCCM to attend this member webinar.
