BCCM full member event for CEOs only
The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, 1 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000
CEOs of BCCM full members are invited to the 2024 BCCM CEO Roundtable and Dinner, where you will have an exciting conversation with your peers and hear from our guest speakers about the opportunities to harness our purpose-driven business model and artificial intelligence for strategic success.
We will be joined for part of the proceedings by the Hon Ed Husic MP, Minister for Industry and Science.
How to decide who or what decides: Leveraging the predictive power of artificial intelligence for your organisation.
Smart companies are moving beyond the risk lens to consider what use cases will become their AI “North Star”. In the first part of the roundtable, you will join 30 BCCM member CEOs for a conversation about how AI can spur innovation and commercial success without breaching our trusted relationship with our member-owners’ data. Tim Trumper, The NRMA President, Quantium advisor and founding shareholder, and author of the breakthrough book AI:Game On, will facilitate this discussion.
Tim’s book is recommended for pre-reading and can be purchased through Amazon.
The second part of the roundtable is a discussion facilitated by Peter Hunt, Managing Partner of Mutuo, on harnessing industry-wide collaboration for strategic mutual advantage. Peter will use Mutual Value Measurement© (MVM) to stimulate a discussion around the tables about the purpose of modern mutuals and co-operatives and how we can use our differences strategically.
You can read about how UK mutual Newcastle Building Society refined its strategy using MVM.
The CEO Roundtable and Directors’ Dinner is a member-only BCCM event. Two tickets are allocated for each BCCM full member, including the CEO and another senior executive (COO, CSO, CFO, etc.). Following the roundtable, please join us for an intimate dinner with a guest speaker, hosted by the BCCM Directors. An accommodation package has been negotiated.
