The Mutual Value Lab (MVL) at Monash Business School is developing a new research initiative titled “What Matters to Members”, with support from the Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals (BCCM). This study builds on the Mutual Value Framework and aims to uncover how members and customers perceive and engage with the ‘mutual value’ delivered by co-operative and mutual enterprises (CMEs).
This exclusive scoping workshop will bring together foundation partners to help shape the direction of the research. The session will explore key questions such as:
- What is the ‘mutual value’ provided to you by your CME?
- Does the CME model matter to members for value creation?
- What customer value is distinctive for members of a CME?
- What products and services enable this ‘mutual value’?
- Has ‘mutual value’ incentivised you to engage more with your CME?
Insights from this research will support CMEs in refining their engagement strategies and communicating the unique benefits of the ‘maverick mutual’ model to their members and customers.
Limited places available. Please contact BCCM to express interest and confirm availability.
