BCCM-APRA Regulation College Roundtable 3

The BCCM and APRA Regulation Roundtable 3 was held on Thursday, 2 October 2025, with the spotlight on the Governance Review.

Special thanks to Alison Bliss and colleagues, Zoe Cox and Melanie Bouchardeau, from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) for opening the discussion and sharing valuable insights into current regulatory priorities, and to all member presenters and attendees for their contributions.

This latest roundtable was part of an ongoing series of meetings with APRA, providing an opportunity to deepen understanding of the challenges involved in applying ‘one size fits all’ regulation to the mutual sector. These conversations are helping to build a stronger, cross-sector voice to ensure regulation better supports consumers and fair competition.
