2018 BCCM Leaders’ Summit and Industry Dinner

2018 BCCM Industry Dinner

We kicked off the Summit with the Taste of Australia Industry Dinner on Wednesday 14 November 2018 at Adelaide Town Hall. Continuing the tradition of bringing the best of Australian co-operative produce to the BCCM Leaders’ Summit, our Executive Chef created a bespoke menu. ILG sponsored the popular Gin Bar.

The industry’s ‘night of nights’ was a unique mix of stunning food, entertainment and guest speakers. Media personality Hamish Macdonald kept us entertained as he MC’d the night and Dr Rebecca Huntley, author and Head of Research at Essential Media provided the keynote address. Deputy Premier Vickie Chapman provided the Opening Remarks.

Thank you to our fabulous food sponsors. They are Master Butchers Co-operative and Aussea South Australian Prawn Co-operative.
