Following the success of the inaugural CEO summit in 2022, BCCM is organising a second event in June. Hosted at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, the 2023 BCCM CEO Summit is a half day Summit looking at how to embed mutual performance into sustainable business strategies, followed by the BCCM Director’s Dinner.
From operating to a different business purpose to managing co-operative governance regimes, mutual businesses have key differences to most of their competitors. The challenge is to make this an advantage in trading and overall corporate impact.
This summit will hear from leaders in the sector – both in Australia and internationally, to share their experiences and seek to spark ideas for driving mutual performance.
Delegates convene for a light lunch, followed by the launch of the National Mutual Economy Report, a plenary panel discussion, addresses from our guest speakers and round-table CEO dialogues with the BCCM board and members.

- Roundtable discussion session: How do we make a virtue of our mutuality? Facilitated by Peter Hunt, Managing Partner, Mutuo
Delegates will receive a copy of the latest National Mutual Economy Report.
BCCM Director’s Dinner
The Director’s Dinner will allow our member CEOs to share a meal and glass of wine with the BCCM directors following our 2023 CEO Summit. Drinks and dinner will be hosted at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park.
An all-inclusive price for attendance at the Summit, a seat at the table at the Directors’ Dinner and one night’s accommodation, including breakfast, is available for members travelling from interstate.
