The session will focus on business model innovation to future-proof social care.

There have been systemic failures in care sectors with an absence of innovation and substandard care.

At the upcoming RMIT Future/Inclusion Festival on Friday, 15 July, the BCCM’s Gillian McFee and Antony McMullen will explore how new models of ownership, using co-operative and mutual business models, give agency to people who receive care and people who deliver care, through interactive discussion and case studies.

Gillian and Antony will introduce the BCCM’s Care Together program and showcase new place-based models of care designed around co-operative values and principles, putting relationships back into care.
