First international Accreditation of Mutual Value presented

BCCM CEO Melina Morrison has presented the Accreditation of Mutual Value to the first mutual to successfully implement Mutual Value Measurement© internationally.

Congratulations to Andrew Haigh, directors and colleagues at Newcastle Building Society on their Mutual Value strategy, which is powering the mutual by purpose.

Melina presented the Mutual Value Accreditation certificate at the AGM of Newcastle Building Society, where the Chair and CEO spoke about how their mutual is powered by purpose and led by how they create mutual value for members to “connect, collaborate and make a difference” in the communities in which they operate.
