UK Survey highlights co-operative retail advantage

The Activate Solutions Group has unveiled key findings from its High Street Happiness Survey, looking into the levels of customer satisfaction being provided by the UK’s top high street brands.

The Co-operative Food came out top of the convenience stores, scoring higher than competitors Nisa and Spar overall, but also scoring more highly when it came to making customers feel informed and valued. The surveyors also said the highest levels of trust were found in the Co-op, as were the best results for service.
