Meeting objectives:

  1. To raise awareness about co-operative and mutual enterprises (CMEs) and the benefits of ownership in social care settings like aged care and disability services.
  2. To explore the critical success factors for establishing a Mutuals Support Program in aged care.
  3. To build a community of support among people prepared to act on increasing the diversity of ownership models in aged care to include more co-operatives and mutuals in priority areas highlighted by the Aged Care Royal Commission.
