Melina Morrison is CEO of the Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals, the peak national body for co-operative, mutual and member-owned businesses. Co-operatives and mutuals (CMEs) have been with us since colonial times yet many Australians are not aware of the role they play. Melina’s background in the arts and communication has helped her synthesise the benefits of the industry and advance its cause.
