BCCM member, health insurer HCF, has won an internationally recognised customer care award.
It picked up the Customer Service Institute of Australia’s “best of the best” award at a recent gala dinner in Melbourne.
The institute judges customer service across all industries in the public and private sectors.
HCF will now progress to the finals of the International Service Excellence Awards.
Meanwhile, the insurer’s dental service has won an International Standards Organisation certification for high treatment standards.
HCF Dental Centres is the first dental network in Australia to gain such recognition.
