AMF Innovation Masterclass Scholarship

For the second time this year we are delighted to share an opportunity for two members of your team to apply for an Australian Mutuals Foundation (AMF) scholarship and join the  BCCM Innovation Masterclass.

The AMF Scholarship was created in partnership with BCCM with the support of COBA to encourage education and training that deepens the understanding of mutuals and co-operatives and the power of the mutual model.

The BCCM Innovation Masterclass starting on 22 August has been designed to help co-op and mutual executives and emerging leaders develop an innovation mindset. We are seeking two people from an organisation that have ideas for doing things differently and would like to learn how to create an environment where these ideas are welcomed and supported through to implementation. If you or someone in your team has ideas and would like to learn an approach for putting them into action we’d like to extend an invitation to them and a colleague to apply to attend the Masterclass which is delivered by global leaders in innovation thinking, Fred Etiemble and UTS’s Professor Emmanuel Josserand.

The Masterclass is being delivered over 3-half days on 22 August, 29 August and 5 September 2022.The topics include managing new business ideas, business model innovation, creating and testing product and service innovation ideas and building an innovation culture and ecosystem. Watch our interview with the presenters, read our blog outlining the value of a team having an innovation mindset and watch our video to discover the answer to the all-important question ‘What is innovation and what can you expect from the course’ video .

The BCCM member registration fee for the Masterclass is $2,763 inclusive of booking fees and GST. This scholarship is open to Australian Credit Unions, mutual authorised deposit-taking institutions (ADIs) and co-ops.

Two for the price of one

There is an opportunity for three organisations to send two members of their team and the AMF will fund half of their registration fees at $1,381.50 each. Aa total commitment of $2,763 inclusive of booking fees and GST will be required by your organisation to send two team members.
