AMF Innovation Masterclass Scholarship

The Australian Mutuals Foundation (AMF) is a charity owned and governed by Australian credit unions and mutual banks to help alleviate poverty and disadvantage and help communities to recover from devastating natural disasters. Through charitable giving, AMF also supports education and training to deepen the understanding of mutuals and co-operatives and the power of the mutual model.

The AMF Scholarship was created in partnership with BCCM with the support of COBA to encourage education and training that deepens the understanding of mutuals and co-operatives and the power of the mutual model.

In 2022, the AMF Scholarship allowed three organisations to send two team members to the BCCM Innovation Masterclass (Aug-Sept 2022) at a discounted rate. The AMF Scholarship funded half of each person’s registration fee for this course. This scholarship was open to Australian Credit Unions, mutual authorised deposit-taking institutions (ADIs) and co-ops.

The Masterclass is designed to help co-op and mutual executives and emerging leaders develop an innovation mindset. Watch our interview with the BCCM Innovation Masterclass presenters, read our blog outlining the value of a team having an innovation mindset and watch our video to discover the answer to the all-important question ‘What is innovation and what can you expect from the course video.
